Areas of Strength
This was the highest scoring section across the entire survey with all response averages being either
‘Agree’ or ‘Strongly Agree’.
56% of employees ‘Strongly Agreed’ they are proud to work for Norman Rourke Pryme, with the remaining
44% sitting in the ‘Agree’ category.

Areas of Attention
The lowest scoring question was 2c. However, with a mean score of 4.16 it still sat within the ‘Agree’
boundary.

Possible Improvements
Job satisfaction could easily be included and addressed as part of the one-to-one feedback sessions
between employee and manager.
