Areas of Strength
A very positive response to this section with all questions scoring in the ‘Agree’ boundary.

The company is extremely pleased with the freedom managers give them to make their own decisions,
the work environment is deemed professional, and there is a strong mutual respect among staff.
Areas of Attention

There were no low scoring questions in this section. The lowest scoring question related to work distribution
and collaboration between teams.
Possible Improvements
Encourage cross team skill use and more collaborative working tools such as Microsoft Teams rather than
email.
