                    Areas of Strength
Questions 5e, 5f, 5g and 5i all scored above the ‘Agree’ boundary. These are all related to the
communication and receptiveness of the Line Managers at Norman Rourke Pryme. This clearly indicates
people understand what is expected of them day to day, and that there are strong relationships
between the different grades of employees.
                    Areas of Attention

All questions relating to the communication between Senior Management and the organisation scored
poorly. These questions were analysed further to determine the origin of the negative responses. The
following are summaries of each question response.
                    Bristol Office
The same trend was seen for questions 5b, 5c, 5d. Around half of the ten respondents felt they disagreed
or were indifferent about these statements.
                    Exeter Office
For questions 5b, 5c, 5d, four of the six respondents disagreed or were indifferent about these statements.
Two individuals felt they could not influence decisions at all.
                    London Construction
For questions 5b, 5c, 5d, three of the five respondents disagreed or were indifferent about these
statements. Two individuals felt they could not influence decisions at all.

                    London Highways
For questions 5b, 5c, 5d, two of the fourteen respondents were indifferent. No respondents disagreed with
                    any statements.
                    Possible Improvements

Discussion groups need to be developed across all offices with a regular formal communication update
explaining the key decisions that are being made. Further engagement sessions need to be held to
inform and listen to the company’s opinions.
