after approximately one minute. JETTISON
WING FLAP CNTL ECB will fail as-is.
VHF/UHF 1, HF 1, HF 1 secure and TACAN 1 power will remain LANDING
as-is. CNI-MU ON/OFF control not functional.
Blanking unit will remain in last commanded condition. DITCHING
SUCTION BOOST PUMPS, BOOST switch inoperative (OFF
light indicates switch position only).
BAILOUT
Cargo fan will remain as-is; control inoperative.
