  SPEC                      Whenever a loss of nose wheel steering is indicated by an immovable                ELEC

                            steering wheel, no further attempts will be made to force the wheel
                            to turn, as this might prevent the wheel from castering. Perform the               HYD
                            following:

                            A.  Turn wheel...........................................................Do not force to turn

                            B.  Nose wheel pressure.............................................................Reduce
