       Having moved into 2019 with continued investment, there is a focus on
       business growth and continued contract retention. One of our key market
       sectors being property managing agents, where we can use our expertise in
       technical services to deliver on our core hard FM capabilities. Also with our
       long standing track record within the health care sector we will continue to
       target this area. It is important that we also continue to support Lorne Stewart
       engineering which will deliver other opportunities throughout 2019.”

                                                                                       in April 2018, where Lorne Stewart
                                                                                       Facilities business has continually
                                                                                       supported one of the most
                                                                                       internationally renowned private
                                                                                       hospitals in London’s Kensington
                                                                                       and Chelsea.

                                                                                       The hospitals within the private
                                                                                       sector, offer treatment to both
                                                                                       adults and children and have done
                                                                                       so for over 10 years. This was
                                                                                       formally a Rotary Contract. The
                                                                                       contract retention has been key for
                                                                                       the London business unit, providing
                                                                                       FM services to the healthcare
                                                                                       division.
