       children with autism.
              Based  on  the  findings  of  the  study  the  following  conclusions  were  drawn:    1)  the
       parents are relatively educated, belong to mostly middle class, have small sized family, capable
       of availing  health  and  educational  services.  The  teachers  of the children  with  autism  are
       beginners in the field of special education, members of professional organizations, and pursuing
       graduate studies; 2) parents have different perception of educational services along objectives
       and  strategies  &  methods  while  similar  with  the  teachers  on  how  they  view  programs  and
       resources; 3) perceptions on the health services providers reflect differently from the parents’
       experience. health service providers were the problems deemed to be very serious by both
       parents and teachers, poor community awareness coupled with non-recognition of autism as a
       disability; 4) Health service provider differs among parents depending of the number of their
       children, socioeconomic status and educational attainment and among the teachers’ educational
       attainment, years of teaching experience, among the teachers’ educational attainment, years of
       teaching experience, organizational affiliation and relevant trainings attended.
              The following are the recommendations offered based on the findings and conclusions
       drawn from the study: 1) In service special education training program for teachers concerning
       the different health services availed by the parents for their children with autism to enable them
       to be more familiar and in contact with the continuing treatment or therapies; 2.A progress
       report from  the  other professionals  involved  in  the  child’s  treatment incorporated  with  the
       child’s individualized education plan; 3) Promotion of autism awareness and an enhancement of
       existing health program package; 4) Development of school individualized education program
       coordinator/ specialist to assist with the learning needs of children with developmental disabilities;
       5) Further studies are recommended to validate this study in a wider scope.

              For  global  competitiveness,  the  role  of  quality  education  is  highly  significant.  And
       our country wThis study determined the level of academic leadership competence of school
       administrative competence  of school administrators  along  supervisory and  administrative
       area  in  Region  I,  SY  2013-2014.  Specific  ally,  it  determined  the  following:  1)  the  profile  of
       the  school  administrators  in  terms  of  age,  sex,  civil  status,  highest  educational  attainment,
       number of years as school administrators and relevant trainings attended; 2) level of academic
       leadership  competence  of  school  administrators  in  the  different  areas  of  supervisory  and
       administrative aspects; 3) significant difference in the level of academic leadership competence
       of school administrators and profile variables namely: age, sex, civil status, highest educational
       attainment, yeas as school administrators and relevant trainings; 4) significant relationship of
