in the lesson. These topics corresponding to subsection titles can be used as easy reference by
the pupils. Each lesson comes with a “test yourself” exercises for skill building and check-up of
student progress 4) the proposed sourcebook in oral fluency English II was found to be highly
suitable, highly adequate and highly relevant for Grade II with overall weighted means of 4.58,
4.72 and 4.76 respectively.
In the light of the findings the following conclusions were drawn: 10 instructional
materials for oral fluency in English II were insufficient in Urdaneta District I 2) sourcebook for
oral fluency in Grade II was developed and proposed and 3) the proposed sourcebook for oral
fluency in Grade II meets the criteria in terms of suitability, adequacy and relevance.
Based on the findings and conclusions the following recommendations were formulated
1) the proposed sourcebook for oral fluency in Grade II is highly recommended for use in
Urdaneta District I. 2) Grade II teachers are encouraged to develop instructional materials
in other learning area to enrich the teaching learning process and 3) more development type
researches should be made to augment the existing instructional materials in the schools.
SATISFACTION FEEDBACK TOWARDS THE LEARNING FRIENDLY
ENVIRONMENT

This study aimed to evaluate the level of satisfaction of the respondents (students,
teachers, alumni, and PTA Presidents, of the Public Elementary Schools of the 1st District of
Urdaneta City) along the following areas: Teacher Competence, Physical Facilities, Curriculum
Development, and Ancillary Services; Evaluate the degree of seriousness of problems encountered
by the respondents in relation to the facilities and other services of the school; and Propose
program(s) that could be utilized to enhance the learning environment for a better satisfaction
feedback.
Findings of the study are as follows: 1) respondents are satisfied with the facilities
and services provided by the school in terms of: Physical Facilities, Teacher Competency,
Ancillary Services, and Curriculum Development; 2) respondents experienced dissatisfaction or
mere slight or moderate satisfaction when it comes to the services and facilities of the schools,
pertinent to the use of technology such as computer and science laboratories as part of the
teaching-learning process; 3) respondents perceived as not serious the possible problems that
can be encountered in availing the facilities and services provided by the school; 4) respondents
experienced moderately serious to serious problems when it comes to availing the services
and facilities of the schools, pertinent to the use of technology such as computer and science
laboratories as part of the teaching-learning process, the use creative and innovative ways in
teaching, the existence of an effectively functioning clinic and canteen.
The following are the Conclusions: These results and findings divulge the idea that
there still exists a vast room for improvement when it comes to the provisions by the school
