3. In terms of the most preferred organic food of the respondents, they chose garden salad,
spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce and garlic basil oil, fresh veggie pizza, grilled chicken sandwich,
carrot cake, and mango madness smoothie.
4. With respect to their level of acceptability, the respondents perceived as “Acceptable” all the
indicators utilized with an overall weighted mean of 3.82.
5. The projected income statement of the proposed organic restaurant showed an increase of at
least 50% in profits on a yearly basis starting on its second year of operation which manifests
its viability as a business venture.
Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions were drawn:
1. Majority of the respondents are relatively young women professionals who are earning enough
to sustain their needs.
2. The respondents are substantially aware of the nature and characteristics of organic food.
3. The different choices of organic food by the respondents manifest that the proposed restaurant
can offer a variety of meals to its prospective clients.
4. An organic food restaurant is an acceptable alternative to the proliferation of fast food
establishments in the city.
From the findings and conclusions generated, the following recommendations are
forwarded:
1. An information and education program directed towards the male and elderly population about
the benefits derived from organic food should now be conducted by the concerned government
authorities.
2. A more intensified campaign should also be institutionalized by local health authorities in
order to further enhance the awareness level of the people regarding the significance of eating
organic food.
3. To instill the spirit of nationhood, the promotion of organic food should likewise be done
through the Filipino way of cooking.
4. The acceptability of organic food could be raised to a higher level via endorsements by top
government officials and known personalities.
5. The establishment of an organic food restaurant in Urdaneta City is highly recommended
since it is a profitable venture and, at the same time, it will contribute to the maintenance of a
healthy population.

This study evaluated the existing fire prevention system of a Commercial establishment,
an Industrial establishment, and an Educational Institution in Urdaneta City, using the present
authorized standards.
