             “Moderately Extensive” in verbal description.
                    There  are  significant  difference  between  the  extent  of  the  implementation  of  K-12
             Program and the personal profile of teachers as to age, sex, educational attainment and numbers
             of trainings attended.
                    There are no significant difference between the extent of the implementation and the
             teachers’ civil status and length of service.
             A prepared program for the implementation of the K-12 program at Rosales District II particularly
             for the Grade 1 teachers was formulated to enhance the implementation of the K-12 program
             in the district. It consists of nine (9) essential features which include the Key Areas of Concern,
             Objectives, Targets, Strategies, Persons Involved, Budgetary Requirements, Timeframe, Source
             of Funding and Performance Indicators.
                    Based on the findings of the study, the following conclusions were drawn. The Grade
             1 teachers of Rosales District II, Division of Pangasinan II are generally young in age, female,
             married, bachelor’s degree holder, had been in the teaching service from 4 to 20 years, and had
             attended 1 to 3 number relevant trainings.
             The teacher-respondents extensively implemented the K-12 program in their schools in terms
             of teaching methodology and physical facilities but moderately extensive as far as instructional
             materials and grading system are concerned.
                    Based  on  the  findings  and  conclusions  drawn  the  following  recommendations  are
             hereby presented: The Grade 1 teachers are encouraged to pursue their graduate studies for
             professional growth. A continuous In-Service Training Program for Grade 1 teachers regarding
             instructional materials and grading system to improve their expertise and competencies in the
             assessment of learning outcomes. The prepared program to enhance the implementation of the
             K-12 program must be given importance and emphasize in the district to ensure a functional and
             available implementation of the K-12 program.


                CREATIVE MANAGEMENT STRATEGIES OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS

                    The study dealt on the Creative Management Strategies of School Administrators in
             San Nicolas, Pangasinan, Division of Pangasinan II and its impact on teachers’ performance
             during the school year 2014-2015. The descriptive survey method of research was employed in
             the conduct of the study. Frequency count percentage and weighted mean, Pearson r and t-test
             were used to analyze data.
                    Based on the gathered data, the following findings were presented: Many of the teachers
             are in their middle age. Thus, teachers have better understanding of the school situations and
             better  perception  of  administrators’  strategies.  The  teaching  profession,  particularly  in  San
             Nicolas, Pangasinan is predominantly female. Majority of the respondents are married. Hence,
             married teachers have better perception of their surroundings due to relatively long service,
