In light of the findings, the following conclusions are drawn. a) Majority of the respondents
were mothers belong to middle adulthood, pursued college level and has an average monthly
income and majority of the respondents were male adolescent, weighing 50-70 kilograms and
height of 175-180 centimeter. b) Mother belongs to middle adulthood, pursued college graduate
and has an average monthly income and majority of the respondents were female adolescent,
weighing 50-70 kilograms and height of 175-180 centimeter. c) Physical /Daily activities usually
lay down after eating large amount of food. 2) Eating habits/food preferences have an access to
quick snack at night and eat less fish and seafood’s. 3) Physiologic and Environmental Factors
knows the importance of physical activities.
In light of the aforementioned findings of the study the following are hereby
recommended. 1) Health Education on weight reduction should be emphasizing to mothers in
order for their children free from any kinds of disease. 2) Seminars and Symposium should be
emphasized to broaden their knowledge about probable causes of obesity, wherein film showing
about the prevention and management of obesity. 3) Reducing activities that can cause more
obesity and encourage to do physical activities such as exercise and sports are recommended
to burn fats. 4) The proposed program to prevent and manage obesity shall be implemented.
5) Further studies should be conducted to broaden the knowledge and understanding about
probable causes of obesity.
EXTENT COMPLIANCE OF HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS TO THEIR
TREATMENT REGIMEN

This study determined the extent of compliance of hypertensive patients to their
treatment regimen. It dealt on the profile of the respondents in terms of their age, sex, civil
status, highest educational attainment, occupation, monthly family income, date diagnosed
with hypertension, type of hypertension and medications taken. It also focused on the extent
of compliance of hypertensive patients to their treatment regimen along medication, diet and
activity. It further looked into the significant difference and significant relationship in the extent
