                  Seventh supplication.
                   (7) Tho famous viz tho difficult question of Ashura. Tho Shiah
community in ail tho world must assemble on tho loth of Moharrara

in thoir houses or mourning places, but tho diving Nakhodas,
ospociaily in Ashura day3, put pressure tho Bahraini divers to get
thorn in thoir boats and order them to dive or transfer them Arab
towns such as Uotar etc. so that they may be despaired from their
religious aots. If they refuse to go they (Nakhodas) make excuses

and refuse to pay their duo3 and adjust accounts with them. This
action will create disorder between the religious sects and will

lead to trouble between the 2 parties. If they complain to the
Government they refor thorn to the Salifah whose oppression has
already been described by us. All the judges hate the actions
of the diving 3alif?h as its orders are against the Mohammedan
                  Law.

                   (9) About three years ago tho Arab community and Al Khalifah
united and made intrigues and disordered the organization of the
Shiah community school at Bahrain and established a special school
for the Bunny community and prevented the Shiah boys from entering
the school at all. . The charges of the school were fixed by the
local government. 7fnen the Shiah community intended to establish
a school for themselves the Arab community v/ere making intrigues
and frustrating thoir efforts as they were not willing that the

Shiah should make progress. If the town is governraed by law and
regulation it is not advisable that there be any difference bet
ween the two partios and both should be the same as in the
