Prepare monthly and quarterly payroll related reports (L&I, DRS, EFTPS, ESD, etc)
Track employees' accruals, benefits and deductions
Monitor and update employer and employees' benefits and deduction rates
5. HR Duties
Process new employee/s records and documents for employment
Assist the manager and the board of directors in hiring process, and setting salary or wage rates and
benefits
Assist/advice retiring employee/s on their retirement plans and/or goals.
6. Other Duties
Prepare/review agency's liability insurance coverage
Assist Manager in monthly board meeting preparation such as: preparing reports, agenda, jot down
minutes during the meeting, draft and finalized minutes of the meeting
Published Notices required by the State
Prepare/process lease agreements
Work with the District attorney in financial and legal issues
Develop/suggest policies needed for the District's daily operations.
Issue Certificate of Delinquency and work with the District Attorney in the foreclosure proceedings.
Knowledgeable of Vision Software Program (by Vision Municipal Solutions) for financial, cash receipt,
utilities and payroll data entry
10% SUPERVISORY DUTIES
Provides fiscal oversight for project contracts and responsible for the development, control,
maintenance, and reporting for special grants and special funds;
Ensures proper maintenance of a variety of fiscal and budget control journals and records;
Reviews billing, receipts, and reconcile bank deposits
Provides supervision, and training for one (1) assigned staff;
Plans, organizes, and directs employee’s duties and responsibility
Provides supervision, direction, coordination, and training for professional fiscal, and fiscal support
staff;
