  Uses a computerized financial management system. Cost Accounting Management System (CAMS) &
               H T E;

              Regularly work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines;


              And do related work as required including but not limited to:
                   o  Human Resources Liaison
                            Creates and process requisition to advertise vacant positions
                            Manages  employment/recruitment  process  –  submits  Prospective  Employee
                              Questionnaire, Background Requests, Medical History Report, and ROA
                            Manages termination process
                            Manages injury report, and Workers Compensation claim report
                            Manages, tracks, maintains merit increases, annual employee evaluations, trainings, and
                              certificates



        30% SUPERVISORY DUTIES

              Provides  fiscal  oversight  for  project  contracts  and  responsible  for  the  development,  control,
               maintenance, and reporting for special grants and special funds;


              Ensures proper maintenance of a variety of fiscal and budget control journals and records;

              Provides supervision, training and timely work evaluations for nine (9) assigned staff;

              Plans, organizes, and directs employees’ duties and responsibility





         CLASSIFICATIONS SUPERVISED:
        Accountant  I,  II;  Office  Assistant;  Accounting  Technician  Senior;  Accounting  Technician;  Special  Districts
        Customer Service Coordinator; Customer Service Technician I, II; and other staff as assigned.
