Overall: Nicole worked for a Tulare County within their Solid Waste Department for 10 years. She
joined King Waste and Recycling Authority in 2017, where she initially managed a team of
40, which was recently reduced to 23 upon the closing of their MRF facility. She was
excited, animated, talked about passion in her work. Her excitement seemed to border on
