Conclusions

patents, replacing a solid boring tool for roughing and semi-finishing processing of holes
with a ratio of the extension of the boring mandrel to the diameter of the hole within the
range from 3.5 to 6.
2. Separate blocks of the proposed set of boring tools were manufactured at the Orsha
Tool Plant at the request of " MSTU " STANKIN " to equip the DMC 630 ecoline multi-
purpose machine, passed production quality control and tested in laboratory conditions.
3. The expected economic effect from the use of development in one flexible production of
two multi-purpose machines - at least 25,000 rubles a year due to a significant reduction
in the cost of manufacturing special boring mandrels when updating production facilities,
as well as by reducing the cost of storing the tool and preparing him to work.
