RESOLUTION BY THE ADMINISTRATION, PERSONNEL, POLICY, AND LEGAL
COMMITTEE ADOPTING AN ELECTRONIC MEDIA POLICY FOR VILLAGE OF

STURTEVANT

WHEREAS, the Village Board authorized the purchased iPads per Resolution 2018-
48; and

WHEREAS, the Administration, Personnel, Policy, and Legal Committee has been
working on developing a policy to ensure the appropriate, responsible, and safe use of
electronic media by both staff and the Village Board; and

WHEREAS, the Village Board would like to move forward with adopting the policy.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village of Sturtevant Board of
Trustees hereby adopts the Village of Sturtevant Electronic Media Policy, Exhibit A, which is
attached hereto and incorporated herein.

Adopted by the Village Board of the Village of Sturtevant, Racine County, Wisconsin,
this 19th day of June, 2018.
