UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR MEANING.

By now, as you are nearing the end of
your Cub Scout Programme you will have a
fuller understanding of the Law and Promise and
should be able to assist Akela with the younger
Cub Scouts.

Congratulations, you have completed the third and final Arrow Award – the Gold.
The presentation of this award is a very important occasion, and perhaps Akela
would invite the Chief Commissioner to present it in the presence of your Parents,
Guardians and friends.
