A MUGHAL-STYLE PALE CELADON JADE ‘FLOWER’-FORM BOWL

清十八/十九世紀 青白玉痕都斯坦式莨苕花葉紋雙耳活環碗
The large deep bowl is fnely carved and pierced with a pair of fower-form handles with loose rings, with
four smaller handles also with loose rings beside them. The centre of each fower on the handles is inset
with a red stone. The exterior of the vessel is decorated with an intricate pattern of stylised overlapping
leaves, supported on a short foliate foot carved as an open fower. The semi-translucent stone is of a pale
tone with russet areas and darker fecks.
