              3rd  funnel,  add  10  ml  of  Chloroform  &  shake   2  DEVELOPING

              vigorously. To collect the lower layer drop by drop
                                                                Take the Toluene, Ethyl Acetate & Formic Acid in the
              through Sodium Sulphate Bed. (Picture - 18)
           FAgain add 10 ml of Chloroform & Shake vigorously.
              To  collect  the  lower  layer  drop  by  drop  through
              Sodium Sulphate Bed. Dry the solution in water
              bath & then spot. (Picture - 19)


           SPOTTING
           Add 0.2 ml of Chloroform in the dried beaker & cover
           with aluminum Foil. Shake it gently. From this, take 40
           micro  litre  the  soln.  &  then  spot  in  the  TLC  Plate's
           corner.  (Plate  size  should  be  10  X  10  cm).

           1  DEVELOPING
           Take the Chloroform, Acetone in the ratio of 9:1 (90ml
           Chloroform + 10 ml Acetone) in a developing tank. Put
           the  spotted  TLC  plate  in  the  developing  tank.  After
           completion of developing, allow it to dry in the room
           temp. (Picture - 21)
