1)      Sit in an alert position as advised above.


               2)      Take 5-6 deep breaths to normalize your breath pattern.


               3)      Inhale normally, let your abdomen expand a little and exhale


               forcefully such that you contract your stomach with a sudden burst. Keep


               the body relaxed through the course of this process.

               As a starter, the exhalation force should be very low in accordance with body


               strength.


               4) Continue this practice till you can perform comfortably.


               5) Do a set of 10 in the beginning. Take a break with normal breathing for


               a minute or two between and then start the next set.
