approval is received/served shall an applicant commence with his/her
educational pursuit. Any activity without proper approval may not be
considered nor recognized by the University.
9. VENUE FOR SCHOLARSHIP
9.1. Local Venue
Recipients of the scholarship grants must enroll and study only in
HEPs with proven integrity, quality and standards. They must have
CHED authority/recognition to offer said program and the program
must have an accreditation of at least Level III and above by any of
the recognized accrediting agencies in the Philippines or declared
as Center of Development/Excellence (COD/COE). Applicants
must show proof of compliance by the institution they have enrolled in
or are they planning to enroll.
9.2. Foreign Venue
Foreign scholarship grants are usually funded by other agencies and
as such, venue should depend on the choice of sponsoring agencies.
Venues not approved by the FSD Committee shall be enough ground not to
recognize degree pursued by any facuJty/staff.
10. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SCHOLAR(S)/GRANTEE(S) TO THE UNIVERSITY.
When an applicant is finally selected for the scholarship/grant/leave, he/she shall, in
consideration of his/her acceptance, bind himself/herself to a contract with the
University.
10.1. Immediately upon receipt of the scholarship approval, the grantee shall
accomplish and submit the following documents:
10.1.1. Scholarship Contract:
10.1.2. A certified photocopy of his/her approved enrolment form shall
be submitted to the FSD Committee for monitoring purposes and
file;
10.1.3. Clearance from money and property accountability.
10.2. Immediately after each school term, the grantee shall submit/fumish
photocopies of his/her grades or progress report to the Department of
Human Resource and FSDC Secretary.
10.3. The scholar/grantee shall by all means carry the maximum academic
load as prescribed by the course curriculum and shall keep up with the
scholastic standards of the institution where he/she is enrolled.
10.4. The scholar/grantee shall submit a certified photocopy of his/her
enrolment form every after enrolment period each semester.
10.5. The grantee shall submit reentry action plan to the FSD Committee for
monitoring purposes and file after the expiration of the contract.
10.6. After the termination of the scholarship/grant, the grantee shall serve
the University for.
10.6.1. REGULAR SCHOLARSHIP (OFFICIAL BUSINESS):
Two years for every year or a fraction of not less than two
months of scholarship grant.
10.6.2. PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP (OFFICIAL TIME):
