relentlessly PINK paraphernalia pertaining to raising
breast cancer awareness. If awareness is the order of the
day I would just like to point out that BREAST
CANCER IS NOT AN EXCLUSIVLY FEMALE
DISEASE. AROUND 350 MEN ARE DIAGNOSED
WITH BREAST CANCER EACH YEAR. I’m not sure
pink and frilly is quite the right approach to get that
message across but that’s probably the bit they NEED to
raise awareness of. Don’t worry blokes - you can find
information on the cancer research website and the pink
ribbons and balloons and giggling girls on female fun
runs are optional. In fact, I reckon pink ribbons, balloons
and giggling girls running in pink bras are to cancer what
pillow fights, white jeans and sky diving are to periods!

           PERRRRFECT EXAMPLE of Fibromyalgia and
Migraine! Especially for people who say things like
"Fibromyalgia isn’t a real thing though is it?" or Migraine
is just a bad head ache isn’t it?" or "Fibromyalgia just
means getting tired easily doesn’t it?" Yesterday I went to
Redditch which was knackering. I can’t reach up, I can’t
look up at high shelves, I can’t do stairs, the fluorescent
            lights hurt my eyes, I can’t walk far without a break...but I
just force myself to keep going. When I got home my
legs gave way so I had to crawl up the stairs. Then I
started to go into a sort of shock feeling, freezing cold,
shaking uncontrollably and throwing up. My whole body
felt like a giant bruise and my head was throbbing. It hurt
to move. It even hurt to shiver which I couldn’t stop
doing. I Once I was down on the floor leaning over the
