Yes, I was wondering if many of the teachers are
frustrated with the system as well. How many are just box
ticking jobs-worth versus how many are frustrated by the
system and of those who are frustrated, how many of
those are still just going along with it and how many are
actually trying to make changes from within? Is there
anything I / we can do to help make positive changes?
I am generally considered a very "paranoid" "suspicious"
person but at the risk of perpetuating that perception, I
am concerned that the system isn’t just poor by accident
or as a result of lack of resources but that this style of
education has actually been chosen and designed on
purpose to suppress people and create generations of
people who follow rules and don’t have high aspirations
are there many Teachers / TAs etc. that are frustrated
with the system? Are there many who try to make
positive changes?
