              the ever-changing world of technology, we are bombarded with the “bigger is better”
              mentality when it comes to televisions, tablets and stereo systems. At RAC, though,
              we also know that “BETTER is better”. Your job is to find out which is important to the

              customer—bigger, better or both! So what kinds of things would you need to know in
              order to make sure they get the television, surround sound, or gaming system that is

              best for them?

              • Do you play a lot of video games?
              • How big is the room this is going in?
              • Are you buying a HDTV for the first

              Having troubles? Here are some examples: Do you need a blu-ray player? Do you watch a
              lot of movies / sports? How much light is in your room?  What was it about your last TV /
