Computers
As standard as computers seem to be these days—with massive amounts of
storage, quicker-than-lightning processing speeds, and graphics that make movies,
games and photos look amazing—there can still be significant differences. For
example, a college student might have different needs than a home-based
businessperson. The ability to create multiple user profiles
could help a customer whose entire family will be
using the computer at home. Here are several
good questions to ask your customer to learn
more about their computer needs:
• Do you need a desktop or a laptop? WELCOME & ORIENTATION / TRAINING ROADMAP
• What size screen/monitor do you need?
• How many people will be using this computer?
• What will this computer be used for? (Work?
Browsing the web? Home entertainment? Photo
