Violence #@!#*#@ (
As a general rule of thumb, violence is never a good idea and as a Rent-A-Center
employee, you may not commit or threaten any acts of physical violence. Never
strike or verbally assault a customer or others, even in retaliation.
You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
Ultimately, you will always have control of YOU; in any situation that escalates
to the point that violence is a possibility, excuse yourself and walk away.
