Screen 5 is especially troubling, because this customer has a very good record of paying on time. Only WELCOME & ORIENTATION / TRAINING ROADMAP
recently have things started going wrong. The way they pay has changed, and the two late payments have
been the most recent. This customer has made phone payments very consistently and was given six days of
free-time on August 27.
The customer’s next payment was on time, but dropped (shown as DRP under the Type column). The next
payment was past due and was paid in the store in cash. The last payment was seven days late and was
actually made on the route, meaning we had to go get it from them!
