Late Payments In The Point Of Sale (POS) System

So what does it look like in the POS when customers aren’t making their renewals on time? How do we spot
a possible problem before it gets overwhelming for our customer? Let’s take a look at some POS (Point of
Sale) Payment History screens to see what information should stand out to you as you post renewals or make
collections calls for these customers.

You can see that the first two screens are fairly similar, right? They are new customers, and are already
making payments late! Write down your best guess as to what might be causing this problem.
