               10. Guri-guri

                       Guri-guriwhich is hundreds of years old, was used as a place to store medicine by the Batak
               tribe.

               Batak Food

               1. Tombur

                       Tombur is one of the typical Batak food originating from Tapanuli. This traditional
               dish uses catfish or tilapia fish which is processed by burning. Then this spicy grilled fish
               is served with warm rice and chili sauce. The presentation is similar to the catfish penyet
               or pecel catfish.

               2. Goldfish Arsik

                       Introducing  this  typical  Batak  food  from  Medan,  North  Sumatra.  This  food  is
               identical to using goldfish as the main preparation. Goldfish is processed by boiling with
               yellow spices derived from a variety of warm and strong spices. This food has become a
               symbol of culinary culture in the Batak.

               3. Dali Ni Horbo
                       This typical Batak food looks like tofu in general, but is actually condensed buffalo
               milk. This most hunted has a distinctive and unique taste. It is quite rare to find this exotic
               food with a slightly bitter but appetizing taste. You can find this culinary around the Porsea,
               Laguboti, and Balige areas.


               4. Mie Gomak
                       Mie Gomak is a soupy dish with a typical Toba Batak taste or often referred to as
               Batak spaghetti. The main ingredients are stick noodles made by boiling with yellow spiced
               coconut milk. In its presentation, Mie Gomak is usually added with boiled eggs.
