METHOD
Prepare for 550 mL 500 mL
1. Weigh all salts INTRAVENOUS INFUSION
2. Dissolve the ingredients above separately and Sodium ion 16 mmol/L (16 mEq/L)
then mix. Potassium ion 24 mmol/L (24 mEq/L)
3. Add water qs to 550 mL Sulphate ion 12 mmol/L (16 mEq/L)

4. Filter the solution using sintered glass filter no Anh.dextrose 38.9 g/L

5. Check the particle using Allan viewer. Potassium sulphate 0.29%w/v
6. Transfer 500 mL solution into infusion bottle Sodium phosphate 0.21 %w/v
7. Sterilise the preparation by autoclaving at Anh.dextrose 3.89 %w/v
