Installation

Tunnel Placement

1) Remove the SideWinder® assemblies from the shipping pallets. The bolts used to secure
the assemblies to the pallets during shipping are not needed for installation and can be
discarded.
2) Assuming that there is already a conveyor in place, select the desired location for the
equipment.
3) The driver side SideWinder® assembly has a bolted on posi-stop on the Base Plate, as
shown in the image below. Position this assembly into its tunnel location first.

4) Make sure that the driver side assembly is square with the conveyor and that the outside
edge of the base plate is 64“ from the inside edge of the guide rail, as shown below.
