Installation
Tunnel Placement
5) Check to make sure the driver side assembly is level by placing a torpedo level on the pivot
arm; rotate the arm while checking the level to confirm that the arm remains level throughout
its entire range of motion.
6) If necessary level the unit by using leveling bolts and/or shims.
Note: Do not use a leveling bolt underneath the pivot arm as it may inhibit movement of the arm, it
is recommended to use shims for leveling in this location if needed.
7) Once the driver side unit is square to the conveyor, will run through its entire range of motion
without obstruction and is level then lag the unit to the floor securely using the six 5/8” lag
bolts supplied.
