Installation
Tunnel Placement Overview

When placing the SideWinder® assemblies, tunnel depth will vary from site to site. Be sure to allow an
adequate operating envelope.
There are two traditional installation configurations for the SideWinder® assemblies.
 Standard, stand alone
®
 Staggered with a set of Quick Fire Plus assemblies

Note: The dimensions shown below can vary depending on surrounding equipment locations. It is most
important that the SideWinder® is moved through its full range of motion to ensure conveyor clearance
before lagging to the floor.

Standard, Stand Alone Configuration
Equipment around the SideWinder® should give ample room for the wheels to pivot within the
working envelope.
