Middle Manifold Stroke Adjustments
Changing the hole that the upper retainer pins are in can alter the stroke of the manifolds. It is first important to
understand the mechanics that make this happen.
Middle Manifold Movement
It is typical to have the middle manifold set at its widest stroke and alter the stroke of the lower manifolds
to concentrate the spray pattern for better cleaning of the wheels and rocker panels. However, if you do
want to shorten the stroke of the middle manifolds, change the position of the retainer pins as shown
below.
The same principals apply to the lower manifolds.
