Installation

98-1/2” Lower Connector Arm Assembly and Whip Rack Connector Stud
Assembly
1) Secure the 98-1/2” Side Connector Arms into place by installing one Stud Assembly into each of
the Upper Rocker Arms. Secure them into the Rocker Arms hole shown on the entrance side of the
machine. Be sure to use a lock washer and apply one drop of LocTite™ to the treads of the Stud
Assembly. The 98-1/2” Connector Arms will drive the Lower Manifolds.
2) Install one Stud Assembly through the lower end of the 98-1/2” Side Connector Arms and into each
of the Lower Manifold Arms.
3) Secure the Lower Manifold Arms into the Lower Pivot Bars. Be sure to use a lock washer and apply
one drop of LocTite™ to the treads of the Stud Assembly.
