Installation

80” Side Connector Arm Assembly and Whip Rack Connector Stud Assembly

1) Secure the 80” Side Connector Arms into place by installing one Stud Assembly into each of the
Upper Rocker Arms. Secure them into the Rocker Arms rear hole on the entrance side of the
machine. Be sure to use a lock washer and apply one drop of Loctite™ to the treads of the Stud
Assembly. The 80” Connector Arms will drive the Middle Manifolds.
2) Install one Stud Assembly through the lower end of the 80” Side Connector Arms and into each of
the Middle Manifold Arms.
3) Secure the Middle Manifold Arms into the Middle Pivot Bars. Be sure to use a lock washer and
apply one drop of Loctite™ to the treads of the Stud Assembly.
