Frame Assembly (Wall Mounted)

Installing the Crossbeams
The following steps are for a “standard” 164” Crossbeam. In a scenario where the Crossbeam has
to be cut to fit the bay width, the end goal is to have the rails centered on the Crossbeams with the
proper spacing between them.
1) Locate the 2 Crossbeams and position them into place as shown below. You will have to loosen the fasteners
on the clamps to do so.

off-center 107-1/4” extra spacing to
mount the carriage
onto the rails

Position this rail 12” off-center to allow space to lift the Carriage onto the frame
