Frame Assembly (Floor Mounted)
Securing the Leg Clamps and Legs to the Crossbeams
1) At this point the orientations of the Oval Leg Mount Clamps and the Leg Base Plates have been determined.
Secure all four Oval Leg Mount Clamps to the legs at a distance of 1-1/2’’ from the end of the Crossbeam for
all bay widths. See image below for a typical example.

2) Using a forklift on each Crossbeam, clamp the Crossbeams firmly to the forks as shown below.

3) Carefully raise the frame assembly in line with the center line of the doors as marked at the beginning of this
procedure. Determine the lowest corner of the frame which can be affected by slopes and uneven floors.
Once the lowest point is identified, raise the frame until the bottom of the oval mount clamp is at a distance of
105-11/16’’.
