Frame Assembly (Floor Mounted)
Securing the Leg Clamps and Legs to the Crossbeams
4) Secure one of the legs to the frame in the lowest corner. This will set the bottom surface of the expansion rail
to 106-1/2” from the floor at its lowest point.
5) Place a level at the center of the Crossbeam that the leg was secured to. Once level, secure the opposite leg
into place.
6) Place a level on each of the expansion rails at their center and a level on the opposite Crossbeam, also at its
center. Level the frame in both directions and secure the remaining 2 legs into place.

At this point with the legs are resting on the floor, both Crossbeams and expansion rails should be level.
7) Using a plumb bob, line the center of each Crossbeam up with the center of the doorways. Once both
Crossbeams are lined up, lag all four legs to the floor and tighten them into place.
Note: It may be necessary to use field supplied shims under the legs (due to a
sloping floor) to proper level the system.
