Chapter 6: Installation of DryLite® - Side Flip Air Cannons™

60HP Side Flip Nozzle Frame Mounts

The following will show the correct position of the Side Flip Mounts on the Leg Assemblies.
Before proceeding, be sure the Side Flip Mounts are tightly secured to the frame. The 60HP Air
Cannon Side Flip Assembly also includes a Top Flip Assembly. The following instructions
assume that the Top Flip with Motor, Impeller and Nozzle Housings has already been installed on
the Head Beam; as described in the Top Flip Air Cannons™ section.

1) Orient the Side Flip Mounts so that the Cover Plate faces the entrance and the Mount is on
the outside of the Leg Assembly. Secure the Side Flip Mounts to the Leg Assemblies in the
orientation and location shown below.

Step 1:
Position the Side Flip Mount
76-11/16” Brackets as shown and secure
them to the Leg Assemblies.

View from entrance. The Side Flip Cover Plates should face the entrance
and the Mounts should be on the outside of the Leg Assemblies (see above).
2) Verify that the Side Flip Mounts are installed on the Legs in the proper orientation, the
Belanger® Logo should be facing the Entrance Side, refer to images above and below.

3) Once the Side Flip Mounts are properly set, securely tighten all fasteners.
