Chapter 6: Installation of DryLite® - Side Flip Air Cannons™

60HP Side Flip Nozzle Frame Housings

4) Secure the appropriate Nozzles to the Motor/Impeller assemblies refer to the image below.
Before tightening the fasteners position the Nozzles by rotating them on the Mount Plate;
use your leveler to achieve the desired angles.

Step 4:
Position the Nozzles on the Side Flip to an
angle between 30°-45° then secure the Nozzle
Housings to the Motor /Impeller Assemblies.

Note: Confirm that the Head Beam has been shortened to a length that allows the Side Flip

assemblies to travel through their full range of motion.

5) Once all Nozzles are properly set, securely tighten all fasteners.
