Air Connections: Air Panels to Top Flip and Side Flip Cylinders
5) Next, make the air connections for the Side Flip Assembly on each Leg Assembly. Run a
1/4” Poly-Flow air line from the extend regulator on the Air Panel to the extend port on the
Side Flip Cylinder. See the images below.

The Cylinder air connections for the Side Flip on
the passenger side are shown in image
Retract Port
however the connections are the same for the
Side Flip on the Driver Side.

Source @100 psi Air Flow Min.

6) Run a 1/4” Poly-Flow air line from the retract regulator on the Air Panel to the retract port
on the Side Flip Cylinder. See the images above.
Note: Each port on the Cylinder has flow controls to adjust the cylinder actuation speed. See
the image below.
