Chapter 7: Utilities for DryLite®
Electrical Connections: Air Panel to Controller
1) Supply 120 VAC to the retract valve on air regulation panel from the carwash controller unit.
CAUTION
It is recommended that a licensed electrician is contracted to perform
all electrical installations. All utilities MUST be installed in
accordance with all local and national codes.

Verify Top Flip and Side Flip Dryers Pivot
1) The Top Flip and Side Flip Cylinders will pivot the Motor/Housings Assemblies. The Nozzle
Housings will start at an angle toward the entrance of the tunnel as shown below.

2) As the vehicle travels on the conveyor through the DryLite® Dryers the Top Flip and Side
Flips will pivot toward the exit of the tunnel, shown below.
