Installation
Arch Assembly

1) Uncrate and inspect shipment for damage and verify that all of the pieces are there.

Note: If there is any damaged equipment, file a claim with the trucking company immediately.
Receiving party is responsible for filing claim with trucking company. Notify your local
distributor or Belanger, Inc. immediately if shipment is determined damaged or incomplete.

2) Remove the steel band from the shipping pallet.
3) Open the box containing the Air Plenum assembly, remove the assembly and then break
down the box so that it lays flat.
4) Place the flattened cardboard box in the approximate location where the Sudzameleon® is
going to be installed.
5) The entrance side of the Sudzameleon® has the Center Pendant and the exit side has the
Utility Plate, as shown in the images below.

Note: On the Sudzameleon® the fan motor is on the passenger side and the air vent is on the
driver side of the assembled Air Plenum.

6) Lay the Air Plenum assembly down, with the exit side facing up, on the flattened cardboard to
prevent it from getting scratched or scuffed during assembly.

7) Retrieve Accessory Box 111096, this box contains the fasteners needed to assemble and
install the Sudzameleon® Arch.
8) Locate and unwrap the driver and passenger side Leg Assemblies.
