Installation

Arch Assembly
Connecting Utility Lines to Utility Plate

Note: When routing ALL of the Utiltiy Lines be sure to leave enough slack inside of the Air Plenum so
that the Utility Plate can be removed easily if service is necessary.

1) Remove the Utility Plate from the Air Plenum to make it easier to connect the utilities to the
plate.

Air Plenum

Cord Grips (6)

Union Fittings (4):
Chemical Solution & Air for Utility Plate
Leg Manifolds & Foam Bullets®
Knob Fasteners (2)

2) From the passenger side Leg Assembly route the clear chemical solution line and the black
airline from the Foam Tube through the Air Plenum to the Utility Plate, as shown below.

Connect the Chemical Solution &
Compressed Air for the Leg Manifolds
to the top two Union Fittings

Chemical The remaining openings on the Union
Solution Line Fitting will be used to connect the
driver side Leg Manifold lines.

Foam Tube
3) Connect the clear chemical line to the top Union Fitting on the Utility Plate and the black airline
to the other Union Fitting at the top of the Plate, as shown above. The remaining openings on
the Union Fittings will be used to connect the driver side Leg Assembly Utility Lines.
