Arch Assembly

Attaching Legs to the Air Plenum
9) Orient the legs on the driver and passenger side of the Air Plenum with the mounting plate on
top of the legs next to the mounting box on the plenum. Lay the legs down on the ground with
the Nozzle openings facing the center of the bay and the Cylinders pointing up, see image
below.

10) For each Leg Assembly the following eight (8) lines need to be routed up into the Air Plenum
from the Leg Assembly before attaching the Leg to the Air Plenum.
 Air and Chemical Solution lines for the Leg Manifold and Foam Bullet® (4 total lines)
 Electrical Cable for the Leg Manifold LED
 Electrical Cable for the Foam Bullet® LED
 Extend and Retract Airlines for the Cylinder

11) Route the lines from each Leg into the Air Plenum through the slot in the Mounting Boxes,
refer to the image below.
