Trouble Shooting

Problem Cause Solution
Fan:  No power  Check power coming to Fan
Not Working  Incorrect wire connections  Check to make sure the wire connections are
 Controller Program correct in the Fan Enclosure
 Verify that the Controller has been programmed

Fan:  Incorrect wire connections  Check to make sure the wire connections are
Incorrect Speed  Controller Program correct in the Fan Enclosure
 Verify that the Controller has been programmed

Chemical Delivery:  Clogged foot valve on suction  Clean or replace foot valve
No chemical line  Fill storage tank
 Empty storage tank  Prime chemical pump
 Chemical pump has lost  Check for proper operating voltage
prime
 Solenoid valve not energized
Chemical Delivery:  Nozzles clogged  Verify Spray Bayonet Nozzles are pointing
Pulsating or  Dirt in solenoid valve downward and toward the center finger of the Tri
Weak Spray  Kink in hose Nozzles
 Remove Bayonet Nozzle from Tri Nozzle and
 Inadequate water pressure clean with thin wire
 Remove Bayonet Nozzle from Tri Nozzle, verify
arrow on check vavle is pointing toward the
spray nozzle
 Disassemble Bayonet Nozzle clean components
and reassemble with pipe dope
 Remove Leg Manifold Covers and clean nozzles
with thin wire
 Remove cover from Foam Bullet® blow off the
screen to remove any film and clean nozzles with
thin wire
 Check all fittings on complete system to assure
they are tight and do not leak
 Disassemble and clean solenoid valve
 Remove any kinks from hose
 Open water valve to fullest
 Call Distributor for advice on installing booster
pump
Wall Washers:  Incorrect wire connections  Check electrical connections at Wall Washer and
Not Turning On  Controller Program Air Plenum
 Check Main power connections
 Verify that the Controller has been programmed
properly
Wall Washers:  Controller Program  Verify that the Controller has been programmed
Not Turning Off properly

Wall Washers:  Not adjusted when installed  Manually rotate Wall Washers on Pivot Brackets
Incorrect Position to direct light onto bubbles and vehicle

Leg Asy & Foam  Electrical Connections are  Verify electriacl connections are secure at
Bullet® LEDs: loose component and at the Utility Panel
Not Turning On/Off  Short in LED light assembly  Replace LED light assembly
