Initial Startup Procedures

 Inward Pivot: Loosen the fastener connecting the Clevis to the Pivot Mount; pivot the
Clevis and Foam Bullet® assembly toward the center of the tunnel when in the desired
postion retighten the fastener.

 Vertical Pivot: Loosen the fasteners connecting the Foam Bullet® Mount Tab to the Clevis;
pivot the Foam Bullet® to the desired vertical position and retighten the fastener.

7) Program the Sudzameleon® Arch Controller so that the Foam Bullets® are activated just
before the front bumper of the vehicle comes in contact with the spray application.
8) After all of the settings have been adjusted and the Foam Bullets® have been positioned
run a few test washes on various vehicles to confirm that the desired bubble consistency,
volume and application has been obtained.
