Connecting MixStir® to the Sudzameleon® Arch
Connecting MixStir® to CTA Foam Bullets®
1) An additional MixStir® must be purchased separately and installed for the Foam Bullets®.

2) Replace the ¼” elbow fitting on the Regulator of
Connect Line for MixStir® Air Pump Panel
Compressed Air the MixStir® with the supplied ½” elbow fitting.
3) Run the Compressed Airline Feed from
the Pneumatic Regulator on the MixStir® out to
the Utility Plate on the Sudzameleon®.

5) Turn on the MixStir® to verify that the chemical

Regulator unwanted debris that may be in the line.

6) The MixStir® will be connected to the Foam
Bullets® through the fittings on the Utility Plate
on the Air Plenum.
7) Connect the Chemical Solution Feedline to the
middle left fitting on the Utility Plate Fitting and
connect the Compressed Air Line to the middle
Connect Line for right fitting on the Utility Plate, refer to the image
Chemical Solution below.

8) Turn on the MixStir®, make sure that the solution is spraying out of all six Nozzles properly.
